Every piece is made in our studio before it ships.

Your order moves through two stages — production, then transit. Please read this page before placing your order.

Before You Order

Each Ravenweave piece is made to order, your item is cut and hand stitched individually, for you. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these policies. Questions before ordering? Reach us at hello@ravenweave.com.

Production

Every item is cut, hand stitched, and finished by hand in our studio. Current production time is 2–5 business days before dispatch. Orders including personalisation or a custom size require an additional 2–3 business days.

If your order will be extended beyond the estimate, we will contact you directly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, please refer to our Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy.

Customised and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once crafting has begun, regardless of time elapsed.

Standard Shipping

Via Fuuffy and other postal carrier — USPS, Royal Mail, and others.

Express Shipping

Via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS. Recommended for time-sensitive orders.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, public holidays, and local delivery conditions can extend these windows.

A tracking number is provided at dispatch. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Changes can only be made before courier collection. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 14 business days, contact us at hello@ravenweave.com and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

United States

All applicable tariffs are covered by Ravenweave and included in your order total. No further tariff will be collected on delivery.

All Destinations including United States

Local taxes, VAT, and any carrier handling fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. The carrier will collect any amount due before final delivery.

Ravenweave ships from Hong Kong. International parcels may be subject to customs inspection regardless of order value.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We keep photo record of every order before dispatch, we'll verify against that and work with the carrier to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund. We stand behind every piece that leaves this studio.

Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery, returned due to an incorrect address, or unclaimed at the carrier's depot — the original shipping fee, return shipping cost, and any associated fees will be deducted from the refund.

Ravenweave is not responsible for losses resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.
